At WOLF we strive to do the utmost to keep our WOLF Qanawat users engaged, safe and happy. Every new app development, game or community feature we launch, aims to ensure our Arabic-speaking community has the freedom to express themselves, have fun and gain something positive every time they use the app.
We also know that audiences are increasingly sceptical of traditional marketing, with real-world experiences carrying far more weight than brand promises. A testimonial provides proof, context and reassurance from someone who’s already made the choice and when brands listen to their users and elevate their stories, trust follows.
We appreciate and take on board all the feedback we receive from our users, volunteers and reviewers – both good and not so good – as it gives us the information and direction to enhance and improve the app, to offer the best experience, entertainment and community network possible.
Creating personalities & generating revenue
WOLFStars is a big part of the WOLF Qanawat online community; it’s an initiative dedicated to launching the careers of content creators to transform them into real-life stars. Currently there are 100 WOLFStars – the crème de la crème of entertainers – all of whom actively support, promote and champion each other. WOLFStars gives users the chance to create their own shows and entertainment for their communities, which, in turn, provides a constant stream of performances to enjoy and generates revenue for the stars as they become more popular.
Here’s what two of our valued WOLFStars have to say:
The power of connection and friendship
We’re proud that the WOLF Qanawat app is evolving and innovating thanks to the invaluable feedback we get from our users and volunteers. At the heart of the app is always connection, community and friendship. Whether performing, being an enthusiastic audience member, gaming, enjoying sports or sharing insights on the Women’s Channel, the app provides a safe space for creating and nurturing relationships.
Here’s what the app means to our users:
Supporting and championing our users’ values and culture
From launch, we knew how important it was to have a dedicated app for the Arabic-speaking community across the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) where users can trust that their cultural values and beliefs are always respected and considered. We continue to support this by engaging thorough moderation techniques to safeguard our users’ safe space, dealing with any rare negative incidents quickly and positively. We have built an app where every member encourages and demonstrates respect within the community, supporting each other and taking advantage of living freely and authentically, which they may not be able to do to such an extent outside of the app.
Here’s what the app’s ethos means to some of our users:
Gary Knight, CEO of WOLF, says: “It’s always lovely to read the wonderful reviews and testimonials we receive from our users. We value their opinions and feedback immensely and it’s so good to be reminded that we are giving our app community the variety of entertainment and engagement that they want, as well as ensuring a respectful community that supports and champions each member. Our users’ happiness is at the heart of what we do, and we look forward to evolving the WOLF Qanawat app this year to give them even greater experiences.”
