WOLF has always been committed to championing women in its workforce to help improve gender parity in technology – a typically male-dominated industry. As the success of the WOLF Qanawat app has grown, especially in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, so has the number of females in the company that help innovate, develop and improve the app’s offerings and capabilities.
WOLF CEO, Gary Knight, says: “At WOLF, we’re committed to fostering an environment that empowers and elevates women, recognising their essential contributions to our company’s success. Women across our global teams in the UK and Jordan continually drive our achievements through their leadership, expertise, and vision. This Women’s History Month, we proudly celebrate their incredible impact and reaffirm our dedication to supporting more women to lead and thrive in technology, shaping the industry’s future for generations to come.”
Focusing on employing and championing the best person for the job, WOLF now counts many female members of staff in analyst, technical, programming and senior management roles across its three global offices in London and Newcastle in the UK, and Amman in Jordan.
So, in recognition of Women’s History Month, we’re shining a light on some of WOLF’s female team members. Here’s what they say about positive changes in the industry and what it’s like working for a progressive, innovative and forward-thinking tech company.
